Dear President Trump,

I am writing to express my deepest gratitude for the pivotal role you played in shaping the U.S. strategy for Venezuela, culminating in Operation Absolute Resolve. As Chairman of the Houstonian Group, I am impressed by the meticulous planning and execution of this operation, which has brought hope to the Venezuelan people.

Your leadership, along with that of Vice President JD Vance, Secretary of State Marco Rubio, and other key officials, has been instrumental in navigating the complexities of this situation. The collaboration between the White House, State Department, CIA, and military commands is a testament to your commitment to U.S. interests and global stability.

We appreciate the efforts of Director John Ratcliffe and Chairman Dan Caine in gathering critical intelligence, as well as the strategic leadership of Gen. Francis L. Donovan, Adm. Alvin Holsey, and Secretary Pete Hegseth. The contributions of Stephen Miller, Laura Dogu, and James B. Story have also been invaluable.
