A highly accomplished and renowned industry expert with 31 years of experience driving upstream oil and gas digital transformation. Dr. Saputelli’s pioneering work in reservoir technology has yielded groundbreaking protocols for field development, reservoir management, and production optimization.

Luis Quintero

Founding Member

Msc and PhD in Petroleum Engineering (minor in geology) from Louisiana State University, USA, and a B.S. in Electronic Engineering from Universidad Simón Bolívar, Venezuela. His career spans 40 years in well logging, reservoir engineering, production and water management. Luis has addressed production gaps for fields in USA, Latin-America, Africa, Former Soviet Union, Asia and Middle East. He is an active member of the Society o Petroleum Engineers (SPE) and the Society of Petrophysicists and Well Log Analysts (SPWLA).

With over 32 years of experience in the energy sector, our CFO brings deep expertise in financial leadership, restructuring, M&A, and project finance. He has led operations and P&L oversight across the U.S. and Latin America, including markets such as Colombia, Argentina, Chile, and Panama. Known for driving growth, reducing costs, and strengthening internal controls, he also brings extensive board experience with international companies.
